textasite builds simple websites from what you tell us by text or voice. Your first draft is free for 7 days at a textasite.com address. Keeping the site live costs $7/month, cancelable anytime; when canceled or expired, the site comes down and its data is deleted after a grace period (you may request an export first).

Domain names we register for you are billed at cost, held in textasite's registrar account, and transferable to you on request.

You confirm you own or have rights to the content, logos, and photos you send, and that your site's content is lawful. We may decline or discontinue requests at our discretion, including content that is sexual, hateful, deceptive, or outside what the service can build.

Every change we make is versioned; you can ask to restore a previous version at any time. The service is provided as-is, without warranties; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
